PENNE ALLA VODKA
INGREDIENTS:
1 jar Gino Angelini Marinara Sauce
½ cup vodka
½ cup heavy cream
1 ½ tsp chili flakes (or more if you like it spicy)
1 lb cooked penne pasta
4 tbs Parmgiano Reggiano grated
PROCEDURE:
Heat Marinara sauce in a skillet. Add vodka and cream.
Bring to a boil and continue to cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chili flakes. Mix it all together
Add the cooked penne pasta and sauté together for 2 minutes.
Add the Parmgiano Reggiano. Toss and serve.
